Pregnancy Tests
How do you know if you’re pregnant?
Your body will exhibit pregnancy symptoms that indicate you are pregnant. Some of these symptoms may indicate a separate illness or medical issue, so it is important to take a pregnancy test to confirm that you are, in fact, pregnant. We offer free and confidential pregnancy testing.
Limited Ultrasound Exams
We want to help you get an Ultrasound image of the baby
Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center offers limited ultrasound exams (to eligible clients) to confirm the pregnancy is located within the uterus, detect a fetal heartbeat, and determine gestational age (how many weeks pregnant you are). You may be eligible for an ultrasound exam at no charge.
Our Ultrasound exams are completely confidential. Performing ultrasound exams during pregnancy is a very safe and painless procedure. The ultrasound uses no radiation exposure. We do not use ultrasound to determine the sex of the baby. Some restrictions apply.
STD And STI Testing
sexually transmitted infections (STI) and sexually transmitted diseases (STD)
Some STI/STDs can be treated and cured with medications, but early detection is key for effective treatment. Other STI/STDs cannot be cured but symptoms can be managed. If you think you have an STI/STD, make an appointment with us to discuss your concerns.

Understanding Abortion
The Consequences of abortion can be severe, There are other options available
Abortion is not something we encourage our women to do. While it may seem like abortion will wipe away the situation so you can just move on, it may not be that simple. Post-abortion can be very difficult to deal with spiritually and emotionally. We encourage women to educate themselves on abortion before taking action. If you are dealing with the effects of post-abort, we want to help you as well.
